Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India.
(If you ship internationally and you’re not mentioning it here, that’s misleading. Don’t do that.)


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

If you can’t actually meet this timeline consistently, increase it now. Customers hate delays more than honesty.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

If shipping is never free, don’t pretend it is. Customers notice.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your shipment in real time.

If you don’t actually send tracking, fix that before publishing this policy.


Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Natural disasters or government restrictions

If the address is wrong because the customer typed it wrong, that’s not your fault. This clause matters.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
